I'm so happy you stopped by!

A little bit about me
I started my career in Ann Arbor teaching preschool for 13 years. In 2021, I made the jump to Kindergarten at Burns Park Elementary. This year, I transferred to Bach Elementary School, and I'm happy to be teaching Kindergarten as a Bach Bengal!

I love working with my hands in my vegetable and flower garden, kayaking on the many lakes in Michigan, going on hikes with my mystery dog Lily, traveling to different countries, and reading books. My favorite color is any shade of blue and my favorite snack is hummus with carrots and celery. I have my Master's Degree in Elementary Education with an ESL Endorsement from The University of Michigan - GO BLUE! I am currently enrolled in a second Master's Program through Western Michigan focused on teaching English to Multilingual Learners.

I love being a Kindergarten Teacher and can't imagine doing anything else!
